Hello beautiful ones of the Most High! It’s already a new week and we are quickly approaching a new month, YIKES! Where is time actually going? Sigh! We just have to stay organized and make sure we are actually working on our goals and achieving them. It’s not easy but I am pushing until I see the results I want. I have Jehovah in my corner keeping me strong.
Oh! A brief recap of my weekend; it was amazing! I haven’t been this refreshed in a while and I am so grateful. On Saturday I went out for a hike with a group of friends at Klipriviersberg Nature Reserve. Let me tell you, it was tough! lol! When we started off the hike we all complained about how easy the trail was because it was on flat ground but little did we know we were about to go through a difficult time. All I can tell you is that we all made it out alive and had a chill session after that which was great. If you’re in Johannesburg and would like to join us on our next hike, let me know.
Sunday morning was spent at church and I had another wonderful experience, listening and receiving the Word of God. After church I cooked a quick meal for the family and then set out to Sunday Sunset Dance with BailaAfrika. I danced to Kizomba until my feet were sore, lol, but that did not and will not stop me! How was your weekend? Tell me, tell me!
On to the crux of this post. When I started out More Graca Finds I honestly had no idea it would get this far. It has been nothing short of amazing and the reactions and support are out of this world. Thank you to everyone who has made this journey so special for me. I must say, it is not easy but you all keep me going. One of my goals for my More Graca Finds business for this year was to host a pop up (or two, lol). I am glad to announce that my first pop up named “Finders Keepers” with the help of a good friend of mine is confirmed for the 7th of April in the Sandton area in Johannesburg.
I must be utterly honest, the planning has been difficult. I encountered some challenges along the way but always managed to come up with a solution. God has really been faithful. There is still so much work to be done but I am confident it will be a success. I am so excited and I hope you will be too! There is enough time for you to save up all your pennies to come and shop! I guarantee you that all prices will be pocket friendly!
The different outfits in this post are some of the items you can expect to see and buy at the pop up. A mix of vintage, retro and modern pieces to give you that unique style. I am trying to make sure there is something for everyone; the ladies as well as the gentlemen. I do not want to leave anyone out. There will be a variety of men’s scarves, vintage ties and shirts. Ladies will have more to choose from such as vintage shirts, handbags, skirts, dresses, pants and many more.
I will be there to host all you beautiful people and share some of the ways I style my vintage pieces especially for those who are not so sure about vintage and retro fashion. Please feel free to invite as many people as possible to come through and have a look. They might just find something they like. The earlier you come through the better chance you have at finding something you like so do the right thing. Save the date and get ready! If you have any questions do not hesitate to hit me up on any of my social media platforms and I will be glad to assist.
I featured one of my close friends named Tich in some of my pics because of his retro style; who knows maybe you can get to meet him at the pop up as well, lol.
Save the date! Its the 7th of April!!!! More details about the pop up will be posted up on all my social media accounts so keep an eye out for them. WOW! I am so excited I could actually shed a tear…see you soon stylish people! Keep scrolling for more pics.
