Hello, beautiful ones of the Most High! I trust everyone is well on this beautiful Monday afternoon and had a great weekend. My weekend was pretty chilled but very nice. Friday 16th June was a public holiday in South Africa known as Youth Day. You can read more on that here. I spent the morning of Friday lazying around and then went to church where my young brother was preaching at a youth event. it was amazing to see so many young people on fire for Christ, absolutely amazing! Sunday morning was spent at church celebrating Father´s day with all our amazing fathers. We celebrate them daily and are so grateful for them and thank God.

Are we ready for this week’s Monday Male Feature? Without wasting anymore time, let’s meet him!

Hi Male Feature …..tell us something about yourself

I am Tumelo Moloko, most call me Tumi, some call me Gucci, very few call me New York lol. I live in Sandton, Johannesburg, and I am currently studying towards a Bachelor Of Accounting Science degree at the University of Witwatersrand. However, my academic endeavours don’t define me! I am an entrepreneur and avid lover of fashion by day, well-behaved & boujee gentleman by night.

Ah, nice! How would you describe your style?

I would describe my style as simple & classy. I tend to elaborate in the details – be it wrist wear, rings, funky socks or any other accessory.

What or who inspires or influences your style?

A big influence on my style over the years has definitely been some of my friends who take care of themselves just as well as I do. I’m not easily swayed by ‘what’s in’ and stick to my personal taste most of the time but the odd outfit (or part of) that catches my eye worn by a public figure may also make it’s way into my wardrobe. I must also admit that my mother has ‘put me on’ with some looks that eventually became trends – so I listen to her input as well. Sometimes.

The one thing every man should have….

Hmmm, given that fashionable looks tend to change quite often I would have to go with shoes, namely Chelsea Boots. They are pretty much wearable in any season with a lot of looks – be it a more urban outfit or even semi-formal outfits. For the guys that don’t know what they’re doing with their look this winter I would definitely recommend getting a couple of turtle/polo necks. They are simple and can also worn on almost any occasion.

What are some of your closet favourites?

My closet favorites are undoubtedly my Chelsea boots! I have a few pairs in different colours and wear them with just about anything. I also love my accessories (watches and rings) as I feel that they really differentiate me from the next guy, giving me a very personalised look.

Tumelo, thanks for taking time out to answer my questions and for agreeing to be part of this. I really appreciate it.  Keep scrolling for more pictures.
